VC Learning ARC, Inc. is a nonprofit organization based in Baltimore, Maryland that provides educational support, personal development, and skill building opportunities for individuals who are ready to move forward. We welcome underserved and underprivileged individuals in addition to recently released inmates ages 14 and up who are seeking confidence, support, and a new path in life through learning and personal growth.
